London Underground and TFL:

• modernisation and refurbishment of 14 operational London Underground stations 
• new step free access works including provision of lifts on operational stations 
• new bridge installation
• train staff accommodation works
• track point heaters, track drainage, bridge parapet replacement, embankment       stabilisation
• provision of new depot facilities including train washes, wheel lathes and cleaning       platforms.

Network Rail;

• station regeneration works

Crossrail – Fit out of Bond Street station including the management of the architectural and civils works along with the provision of 4 lifts and 9 escalators 

Train Operating Companies – train staff accommodation works, new construction of Wolverton Station, fit out of channel tunnel rail link stations. 

 Docklands Light Railway – feasibility studies 

Lifts and Escalators - provision of 12 lifts and 11 escalators, managing the design, procurement, installation and handover phases across a number of LU and NWR projects.
